Meltem Gülsoy has received her B.A. in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University in 1990 and begun her career at Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB). She had a scholarship from British Council and has received her MSc degree in Economics from University of Reading. She continued to work in banking industry at different managerial levels at Financial Ananlysis, Corporate Banking, Project Finance and Business Development fields. She also served as a member of board of directors between 2009-2017 at TSKB Real Estate Appraisal, İş Leasing and İş Private Equity. She has joined Management Centre Türkiye (MCT) as a consultant as of 2018.
Meltem Gülsoy is also a PhD student on Management. She has received the Certificate of Management Excellence from Harvard Business School having completed High Potential Leadership- Strategic Negotiations-Strategy Building modules betweent 2014-2017.
With the help of her 28 years of experience gained by working with many companies during her banking career, she would like to contribute to corporations in the fields of Strategy Development, Management Skills, Team Management, Sales and Sales Management.
She has translated some novels into Turkish and she is a literature and classical music admirer.
