“During my 15 years of experience in organizations, the common factor amongst those who had effects on my life permanently has been the effective leadership skills they displayed with their teams. I wholeheartedly believe that ‘those who cannot take control of their own lives cannot lead others’ lives.’ The reason for my existence in Management Centre Türkiye (MCT) is to develop myself regarding leading my own life, and on the other hand, to help people who work at the institutions where I serve to realize their differences and therefore be able to lead their own lives.”
With his strength coming from 15 years of experience in finance, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, telecommunication sectors and 8 years of experience in BAT both in field and head quarter; Ateş Ataseven contributes to the organizations he serves with Sales and Sales Management, Leadership and Team Management and, thanks to his organizational coaching work, he adds a lot to the individual development of employees, including administrative staff.
Ateş Ataseven gave lectures at Ergo Insurance, Sika Building Chemicals, Pronet Security Services, BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, Turkish Economy Bank, Turkcell, Philip Morris, Tatilsepeti, Sabancı Holding, Trendyol, Avon, Multivac, Isbank, Avon, GSK, PMI and Shell.
Ateş Ataseven received his BA from the Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Econometrics in 1997; and he completed an MBA Program at Işık University between 2011-2013. He worked at respected companies in Turkey such as Koç Finans, GlaxoSmithKline, British American Tobacco and Nokia in Sales, Sales Management, Business Development, Loyalty Programs, Intra-Company Academy establishments and Retail Management. Ateş then worked as a Consultant at Ufukkoç Consultancy Company in numerous programs. He has been working as a Consultant at Management Centre Türkiye (MCT) since 2013.
A scuba diving instructor since 1996, Ateş Ataseven has ridden motorcycles actively since 2001 and has also been taking office as a Security Driver.
Lately, Ateş has been concentrating on developing himself regarding the Gestalt Doctrine and working hard to adapt the power of “now” and “here” in his daily life.
