Arif Gürdenli

“Recently in my consulting career I realized that problems could not be solved effectively using a single truth, because the meaning each individual adds to business life forms a more plural and diverse truth. As a senior consultant, I must not limit my point of view with assumed truths, but instead continue searching and learning. My roles at Management Centre Türkiye are to contribute to the improvement of individuals, teams and organizations, and to increase the competitive advantage of corporations in the field of HR by developing existing systems through using skills that will ensure continuous growth.”
