MCE was established in Brussels in 1961 as the European headquarters of the American Management Association (AMA). With a client list of over 1,000 international companies and organisations and its 15,000 annual participants, MCE provides high quality and consistent management development solutions across Europe and globally.

Corporate Solutions: a central pillar of MCE's management development offering is the development of customised corporate solutions that focus on the strategy, cultural values, and practical objectives of the organisation.
Open Enrollment Programmes: MCE has developed an extensive portfolio of 'off the shelf' management development courses covering key competences in leadership, management, and functional areas. They are designed to be highly interactive with results,oriented, practice-based learning sessions. The objective is for participants to explore specific topics in depth and then apply the learning to their own business. MCE offers more than 100 open enrollment programmes, 5,000 people from 100 countries attending every year.
