Investors in People Turkiye is established in 2004 with a vision of making Investors In People, the first and only international standard of human resources, a national standard. Within this framework the company aims to create organizations which, by placing people management and development to top priority, can transform investments made in human resources to business performance. The Company deploys marketing and a wide range of related activities such as advisors training courses, consultancy, certification and acreditation of the Standard in order to make public and private companies in the mentioned region to work with the Standard.
