Özlem Binay Bodur, who has been working in different positions in Management Centre Türkiye (MCT) for 15 years, she started her career as an Operation Coordinator now she continues as Client Manager.

Graduated from Academy İstanbul, Management Communication, Özlem Bodur has worked in more than 300 projects for almost 150 clients, predominantly in the areas of Automotive, Finance, Pharmaceuticals and Fast-Moving Consumption. In the mean time, she endorsed developing development strategies, management development programs, competency development applications, as well as the designing of development solutions in several specialties, specialized in Project Management and Design Leadership.
