Dr. Pablo Smolders has Business Economics degree from Erasmus University, Rotterdam and Gym-B degree from Adelbert College Wassenaar.

He has fifteen years of experience in management consultancy, interim management and project management; this concerns managing complex change processes i.e. migration of an organisation from a product-focus to a market-focus, implementation of a modern human resource management policy and the merging of three companies. He has five years start-up management experience in setting up various companies in professional services and consultancy area. He has been involved in various roles in internet start-ups. His experience consists of marketing management, commercial management and internationalisation in telecommunications, internet, IT industry, government, trade, and industry and services business lines.

Dr. Pablo Smolders worked with InterXion, Ericsson, Cap Volmac Benelux, CAI Nieuwerkerk, Philips Eindhoven, Telfort and Business Management Group BV.

Currently Dr. Pablo Smolders is the Managing Director of Kasals and Action TV and is director at Humanch Group.
